Getting Set For The Long Haul?
22nd Jul 2026
We are beginning a period of rationalisation over at @ClubMerchandise
We need to remove some products in order to be able to fulfil orders more effectively
It does mean that a few products that we love will be taken down.
It also means that a lot more of our products will be launched or be moved over to limited editions.
I would love to keep everything up for anyone who wants one when they stumble upon our site or products but that is simply no longer affordable.
It costs me about £100 each month, on average, to keep @ClubMerchandise running.
I essentially underwrite the costs of the online presence and any costs for our giveaway competitions. And I am happy to do that as @ClubMerchandise is a passion project. It was and never will be about making a profit.
We have a small stable of neurodivergent artists, mostly autistic, for whom @ClubMerchandise is a lifeline. It gives them a purpose, one that comes with ZERO pressure and unlimited flexibility.
We also give away all profits to good causes.
Those positive outcomes is the payoff, the profits are social not financial.
But even I, the ultimate dreamer, have to accept certain realities and so, over the coming weeks, you may notice fewer products are on offer. But those that remain will be sold with ALL profits being donated to good causes and every order will still have been designed, printed posted or packed by someone with autism.
@ClubMerchandise we like to make a difference, not a profit.
Have a great day folks.
Andy M and the @ClubMerchandise team.
