The Cost Of Delivery!

So we have had a painful few weeks caused by the non-arrival of orders.
We have been advised to use different parcel post boxes as far too many of our orders were simply going missing in transit.
The disappointment our customers feel is something that really hits home at our end too, especially as it is not something we have done to cause the delays!
So all orders are now posted on a 48 hour tracked service that gives our awesome customers tracking details and updates which means an inporved shopping experience for them and peace of mind for our volunteers who do the packing and posting.
If you didn't know all of our staff are volunteers, and all of the people involved in packing and posting have a diagnosis of autism (some also have anxiety) and the loss of packages had a real impact on them.
But we are now hopefully back on track and going forwards we will see next to no issues getting our great products into the hands of our tremendous customers.
